Digital Performance
Through my time at Bournemouth University I performed a number of "Digital Performance Art" performances. These aimed to experiment with technological themese present in society and show new insight in to them. Some examples of these projects are shown below.

i, hamster project
Ever wanted to be somebody else? The internet allows people to experiment with and take on new identities. Chat rooms, forums and role-playing environments let them become men, women or even Elven warriors. In this performance art I took this one step further, living as a hamster for two days as part of a digital art project.
Performed on the first and second of September 2006, "i, hamster" demonstrated how technology allows us to re-evaluate ourselves and try out new identities. A small radio controlled robot was used, with a camera that gives a "Hamster eye view" to see the world inside a hamster’s home and live with the hamster.

Am I Alone?
With modern technology constantly around us, a person is never alone anymore. Even when there is no one around them, any one can still get in contact with them.
"Am I Alone?" was a live interactive performance demonstrating a persons continual contact with other people throught technology. Viewers were encouraged to ring up one of the phones that were surrounding the performer, so that even though he was locked in a room on his own, they would still be making contact with him through the phone ringing, even without the performer answering the phone.
